Exercise Classes
Free Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program classes are held on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. at the Waterbury Senior Center (14 Stowe Street).
The classes are sponsored by the Central Vermont Council on Aging and the Waterbury Senior Center.
This low impact and evidence-based program is great for ANYONE looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout experience. Join this free one-hour class to help keep your joints flexible, strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and your energy level.
The class will be led by Pauline Nolte. No previous experience is necessary. YOU CAN JOIN THIS ONGOING CLASS ANY TIME.

How do I sign up for the exercise classes?
Senior Movies
On the Third Sunday of every month, we show a classic movie at the Senior Center.
To complement the movie we serve popcorn, soda, and classic movie candy! This activity is free of charge and open to seniors and their families. No reservations are necessary, just turn up ready for a good movie.
Just a few movies we've featured in 2023 include:

- The Wiz, 1978
- Steel Magnolias, 1989
- The Taking Of Pelham 123, 1974

Dominoes & Bingo
Dominoes
When?
Mondays and Wednesdays, 1:00 p.m.
Come and join in the dominoes on Mondays and Wednesdays. Dominoes starts once the congregate meal is done. No reservation is needed. Just turn up and play!
Bingo!
When?
First Sunday of every month
Early bird: starts 12:30 p.m.
Regular games: start at 1:00 p.m.
Join us for family friendly Bingo. It’s open to the public, so pack up the kids, call up your friends, bring the parents, grandparents, and in-laws, everyone is welcome! Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase!
